An informed decision starts with understanding the fault. We take you through the findings and proposed repair in straightforward terms, with the price explained before you commit.
Before your visit
Let us know what has changed and when the problem began. A photograph of the display or any error code can help us prepare. Please leave the boiler casing in place.
Does the online form book an appointment?
The form sends us your request. We’ll contact you to confirm the charge and an available appointment.
Repair visit charges
No upfront call-out fee. Engineer time and diagnosis are charged at £85 per hour or part of an hour, starting on arrival. We provide a repair quotation before carrying out the repair. If you proceed with that repair, the diagnostic/time charge is deducted from the repair price; otherwise, the engineer’s time and diagnosis remain payable.
For boiler servicing, contact us for the price for your boiler. We confirm the total charge before arranging the visit.
