The installation is planned around your home, including the agreed changes to pipes, controls and other equipment. Any additional work is discussed before it begins.
Ready for everyday use
Final testing, relevant paperwork and a clear explanation of the controls complete the installation. You’ll also receive advice on caring for your new boiler.
Radiator upgrades, heating controls and system cleaning can be considered alongside the replacement. Photographs help us prepare; some installations require a visit before we confirm the price.

Should I repair or replace my boiler?
We can assess the problem and explain both options where appropriate. Repeated faults or unreliable heating are good reasons to arrange a visit.
Can my new boiler go somewhere else?
We can check your preferred position and explain any changes needed to the pipes or the exhaust pipe that runs outside.
Can I start with photographs?
Yes. Send a photograph of your boiler and the surrounding space, along with your postcode. We’ll let you know if a visit is needed before confirming the price.
Can I change the type of boiler I have?
Yes. We can explain which arrangements suit your home, including any changes to hot water storage and pipes.
